Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our services, you agree to these terms of use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Changes to the Terms
BMT reserves the right to modify these terms of use at any time. Changes will become effective upon being posted on our Discord. It is your responsibility to regularly check the terms for any changes.

3. License and Usage Rights
BMT grants you, the purchaser, a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the products and services. This license is subject to the following restrictions:

• You may not use the products and services for illegal purposes.
• You may not modify the products and services unless expressly permitted by BMT.

4. Permitted Use
Certain files, such as .ytd files, may be edited in accordance with the following guidelines:

• Editing .ytd files is allowed for personal adjustments and improvements.
• You may share the edited files, provided this does not conflict with any other terms in this agreement.
• You may not use the edited files for commercial purposes without the express permission of BMT.
• You may use the files from dev-models for commercial purposes provided there is a substantial modification making them not comparable to the original product. These modifications must be protected by your own terms of use and by locking the files.

5. Liability
BMT is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products and services. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

6. Customer Responsibility
All products purchased through Keymaster are the responsibility of the customer. BMT is not responsible for loss or incorrect transfer of products. The customer is responsible for the correct and secure storage and transfer of their purchases.

7. Resale through Keymaster
Resale of products through Keymaster is permitted, as you can make one transfer per asset. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the transfer is carried out correctly.

8. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the products and services remain the property of BMT or the respective owners. You do not obtain any ownership rights by using our products and services.

9. Exclusivity
Custom mods may be subject to an exclusivity contract between BMT and the purchaser. This means that this mod or parts thereof may not be resold by BMT. The purchaser is free to terminate this contract at any time without a refund. BMT reserves the right to terminate this contract in the event of non-compliance with our terms of use.

10. Termination
BMT reserves the right to terminate your access to our products and services if you violate these terms of use. In the event of termination, all rights and licenses granted will immediately cease.

11. Governing Law
These terms of use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Belgium.
